THRIVE Farmers Coffee was looking for a brand story that would capture its unique farmer-direct sustainability model and accelerate growth in a competitive and crowded product category.
The coffee category is highly competitive and cluttered with sustainability messaging, making it difficult for THRIVE, a startup, to achieve traction and drive sales.
We First defined a brand story that clearly communicates THRIVE’s unique sustainability methodology and contribution to farmers, provided strategic guidance on their website development and PR messaging, as well as a social media plan.
THRIVE has since enjoyed rapid growth, including a significant corporate partnership across 1800+ restaurants.
"After working with We First our engagement level on Facebook (people talking about us) has constantly exceeded 10% and mostly stays between 20-30% with a high of 70%. This is compared to good target range between 1-5%. We have seen sales as a direct result of the high interaction levels."
