Social Good Brazil: Great minds, technology and people driving social change

Brazil is fast becoming one of the world’s leaders in sustainability and socially responsible business. From November 6-8 – 2012 I’m heading Florianopolis in Brazil to keynote the Social Good Brazil – The Seminar, that unites thought leaders, business leaders and technology leaders around new ideas and actions for positive social change.  As an Australian I love the sun and water, so I’m doubly excited to be connecting with such amazing folks about such an important topic in such a fantastic place.

The event is part of a global conversation put forward by the UN Foundation and you can see a full list of their amazing initiatives here. In addition to speakers the event will feature inspiring Brazilian work by Reinaldo Pamponet (, Mauro Segura ( and Rodrigo Bandeira (

From the U.S. I’ll be joined by three wonderful friends,  Peter Sims (Author of “Little Bets”), Aaron Sherinian (VP of Communications & PR of the UN Foundation), and Beth Kanter (Measuring the Networked Non-Profit).

Please join us and you can see the agenda, a list of speakers, and follow the event via live stream. Plus you can join  the global conversation through Facebook, Twitter and Google+.  All the details are on their web site and huge thanks to the UN Foundation and Social Good Brazil for including me.
